Since losing weight I am flatter than a pancake 38aa). The only reason I'm bothered is that clothes hang so much better if you've got those two sticky bumps up on top. I've used those chicken fillets and I didn't see a huge difference. Is it possible to get fake boobs to stick down your t-shirt?

Yes, google 'mastectomy prosthesis'. Sounds a bit but they are basically just like proper breast shaped chicken fillets.

Cross dressers use 'em too.
