Does anyone own the new Phillips Lumea. It uses intense pulse light(IPL)to put the hairs in it's resting phase, therefore it isn't permanant.
I've used it 3 times now and have had ok results but not what I was hoping for.
Has anyone tried it or know of anyone else who has? Maybe you own something similar.
Advice much appreciated. :)
