I am 38. Want some biker boots but worry about being too old for the rock chick look.

Thoughts?

Thanks!

MaeMobley · 26/08/2010 23:53

I am 41 and want some but was wondering the same thing.

Get them.

My lovely ds persuaded me to get mine last year and they really are fab - any age can wear them.

Monkeytoo · 27/08/2010 04:13

Do you mean short ones or knee high ones (are knee high ones called biker boots)? I'm 34 and thinking of getting some short ones this year and was thinking the same.

55 - and bought my biker boots last year; short ones, worn with black tights and short but not mimi skirts, or skinny black trousers and tunic. No-one's complained yet.

I am fearsome hag though, so that may be stifling the debate. :o

What's a "mimi" skirt?

DukesOfTripHazard · 27/08/2010 11:35

44 yo and have a pair - I have a critical 9 yo who would tell me if I looked 'embarrassing' so I take it I must look OK Hmm.

domesticslattern · 27/08/2010 21:46

Summerdreamer · 28/08/2010 20:54

101damnations · 28/08/2010 21:04

I bought some under knee ones last year and have worn them loads.I get complimented on them every time I wear them and I'm nearly 42.

traceybath · 28/08/2010 21:05

God no - 38 is soooo young (guess who just turned 38)

Surprise · 28/08/2010 21:07
