Dry skin? Try this, this has really transformed my skin

I use a plant oil (say jojoba for the body and rosehip for the face) but that was never enough, and seemed to run off and my skin was later dryer than ever, but if you trap it in with a more occlusive cream (such as e45) you seem to get the benefit of the plant oil without it drying out, rubbing off on clothes.

I had a bad time recently with dry patches on my face and parched looking skin but this has transformed it, and I look younger as the fine lines are plumped out.

oops 'rub off' and 'drier'.

Do you mean you combine the two together before putting it on or put one on and then the next? Where do you get rosehip oil from? I have always had v dry patches on the side of my face.

have you tried phyta lotion? it already contains the rosehip oil in it. seems like less bother to me but then I am very lazy! Wink

sorry, apply oil first. let it sink in a mo, then apply occlusive (ie thick, almost barrier like) lotion on top. E45 does the job, or Aveeno

Rosehip you can get from ebay, Neals Yard is the one I have at the mo but Trilogy do one in big Boots branches. Just used jojoba from Holland & Barrett
