ASOS on line - rubbish first experience - how is it for you?

I am having a huge amount of difficulty with their website.

I can't log in.

My basket empties as fast as I fill it (not because the stuff is bought by someon else or timed out, but because the basket doesn't work). NB I don't have a problem with Boden or Amazon, so assume it's not my computer.

I can't phone customer service at all.

It seems rubbish to me. How does this company manage to seel stuff at all? And why do so many of you seem to like it?

(puzzled and rather annoyed)

Very slow to load especially if you put filters on. Have been incredibly frustrated at times but everything I buy from them is so lovely I just put up with the website!

Always fast delivery, and quick to re-credit you with returns (free delivery and returns a big plus in my book).

Ah thank you. Well, as has been said of Boden, I don't have to buy from them. However, I have managed to put my order in, I think. I have requested a poncho for a festival I'm going to at the weekend, and a load of bits and pieces to eke it up to £100 so I can get next day delivery. It is a sort of experiment!

Are you using firefox browser? I always shop on asos but I have to use internet explorer as it won't log in on firefox.

Asos site has been quite annoying lately. Great service once you have managed to order though!
