Actually ItsAll, to be a bit serious, women who've had a mastectomy and reconstruction usually don't have nipples, though the NHS do supply stick on nipples if they want/need them.

You could put a few on to confuse people.

As students, we used to cut up an empty paracetamol blister strip and make "nipples" for comedy effect.
That is a cheaper option for anyone taken with these!

Oh these have been around for years! I bought some for a friend at school once, from a website (can't remember what website think it was I want one of those .com) 9 years ago! they became momentarily fashionable (yes, really) after one of the sex and the city characters wore them. I bought them for my friend as she had a nipple phobia

Knowing my luck they'd slip and I'd spend the day looking like I had some kind of hernia.
