thanks, have you been using it long..? i've just started using it, thanks to a friend who gave me a small bottle. it seems great so far. she said you can mix it with hair colour to make hair dye more nourishing..

have you been using it long?

Used for about a year, I couldn't live without it now! not used it with hair dye...but hey, makes sense.Smile

Love mine - bought the new shampoo and conditioner this afternoon from the Beauty Flash Shop website - I use them a lot as the lady who runs it was my beauty therapist and she is really good. Lowest prices and free p&p.

I usually just use the intensive conditioner, curl crean and oil, but wanted the ordinary shampoo and conditioner to try.

Pricey but lasts longer than cheap rubbish.

Moroccan oil? Never heard of it...

PaulineCampbellJones · 23/08/2010 20:21

HQ hair do it here

Lulumaam · 23/08/2010 20:31

thank you ! that's great. hairdresser friend says it is quite a superficial product and won't have long term results. i do like it so far, but it is £££ so don't want to invest without making sure it is worthwhile. and the scent is lovely. thanks all xxx

I might try it, have read quite a lot about it recently.

bellavita · 23/08/2010 21:32

I have been using it since last christmas. I got it from my hairdresser. I was a bit Shock at the £30 price, but she was right in that it would last a year - I still have half a bottle left. Would not buy anything else now.

Would highly recommend it.

PaulineCampbellJones · 23/08/2010 21:40

How do you use it?

bellavita · 23/08/2010 21:51

You put your palm over the top of the neck of the bottle and tip it upside down. Literally, you need the tiniest bit on your hand. Rub it between both palms and then run them through your damp hair before you start to dry it.

Before straightening my hair, I do the same.

Maryqueenofchocs · 23/08/2010 22:12

I paid £16 on ebay last time...

bellavita · 23/08/2010 22:39

I think by the time you have paid for postage on that it isn't far behind what I paid. I am not always sure that stuff on ebay is 100% authentic.

Vesta1 · 23/08/2010 23:57

I believe they sell it on www.michaeljohn.co.uk

MJB25T will give you 25% off.

never shopped from this site, but thought I would share Wink

PaulineCampbellJones · 24/08/2010 07:11

Thanks bellavita, am going to try that!

Lulumaam · 24/08/2010 09:25

good to hear more positive feedback ! i will invest in a bottle, especially if it will last a year , that is definitely good value

It sounds great, but I heard that if you use it with straighteners your hair breaks off.Confused

Anyone heard this? I didn't think it protected your hair from heat. Thought it was something you put on after styling.

Naetha · 24/08/2010 10:13

If it's oil, does it make your hair greasy at all? Mine is very prone to getting greasy, and I don't want to spend £30 on it if it's just gonna make things worse Wink

Lulumaam · 24/08/2010 11:54

i've used it on damp hair before blowdrying and then put it on again after straightening. so far, so good

i have normal/dry hair and not found it greasy at all, you only use a tiny bit

not sure how it would be with greasy hair..sorry

OP posts:
bellavita · 24/08/2010 14:46

My hair is normal/dry, but it does not make it greasy one bit and my hair certainly has not broken off - I use my straighteners practically every day and I have my hair highlighted too.

You use the tiniest bit - you do not pour great big glugs of it into your hand.

TigerseyeMum · 25/08/2010 20:24

My shampoo and conditioner arrived from Beauty Flash - I ordered on Monday afternoon and they were delivered Tuesday morning free of charge!!!

I am going to try them tonight, hope they are good as the other productsreally work for me.

Lulumaam · 28/08/2010 14:34
