Waterproof winter girls' coats?

I'm never very sure whether questions about children's clothing belong in this section, but, having been inspired by the stylish-but-waterproof thread, here goes:

Where can I find a girls' waterproof winter coat that looks nice? I keep eyeing up nice-looking girls' wool coats, but I live in the rainy north-west and we walk everywhere so DD probably needs something more practical. However I don't want bright pink and I'd prefer not the puffa jacket thing, which seems to be the only option, but equally I don't want to spend a fortune either... I'm asking too much, aren't I?

I will be watchin with interest. Have you looked at vertbaudet. I seem to remember them having a coat with a waterproof layer and removable fleece lining. About 40 pounds.

Boden rainy day macs always been good for us - waterproof, fleece lining and plenty of room for layering on really cold days. Much better than the duffels.
