I agree it could certinaly be very old lady chic if you wear it with the right stuff, but if you really like it then get it.

noddyholder · 20/08/2010 17:57

Would look good with short dark jeans and boots maybe a pussy bow underneath.I like it but fear I am too old Grin.It is meant to be an ironic take on hunting shooting fishing??

southeastastra · 20/08/2010 20:59

tut you'll all be wearing them come january, mark my words Grin

Maryqueenofchocs · 20/08/2010 21:06

If I am, get your gun dogs out and shoot me.Grin

bunnymother · 20/08/2010 21:07

I like to eat duck, not wear it.

KurriKurri · 20/08/2010 21:19

To be fair, although the duck cardi is a stinker, there are some very nice (albeit expensive) things on that site.

LynetteScavo · 20/08/2010 21:22

No. It's horrid.

southeastastra · 20/08/2010 21:25

i think i like they way the ducks all look computerized like in frogger

ShadeofViolet · 20/08/2010 21:26

Its a slippery slope - you will start with that one duck-themes item and then before you know it you will have a whole array of Disney animal fleeces.

Dont do it to yourself.

IrenePollock · 21/08/2010 08:40

Do you think if I wore this standing next to you it would frighten the ducks?

JustAnother · 21/08/2010 12:55

absolutely hate it!

Lauriefairycake · 21/08/2010 13:01

Anthropologie stuff is usually lovely but that cardie it utterly hideous

please tell me you've seen the Sex and the City episodes when Charlotte was married to Trey and his mother decorated the entire place with wooden Mallards. That cardie would fit right in there Grin

ebojones · 21/08/2010 21:50

I think it is quite quirky and could work with skinny jeans, a white T and tan leather waist belt. These kind of prints are in this season... Monsoon Fusion range has a nice horse print cardi... Topshop also do a mallard print scarf that I have my eye on. Dare to be different!!

Monty100 · 21/08/2010 23:43

It's ducking awful. Grin

Maryqueenofchocs · 22/08/2010 22:26

Lol at Monty27

PYT · 22/08/2010 22:28

Gross. And for nearly a hundred quid? Christ.

pointydog · 22/08/2010 22:35

lol - no. And it's wool and nylon

KristinaM · 22/08/2010 22:43

no

but i did quite like this duck print scarf i saw in top shop last week

FrameyMcFrame · 22/08/2010 22:49

It made me laugh when I clicked on the link, so thanks for that!

It's quite cute but too expensive...wait for the sale!

sunfunandmum · 22/08/2010 22:52

yes, there will probably be loads left over.

mumzy · 23/08/2010 07:11

Its the sort of thing an elderly aunt would buy you for xmas and you donate to Oxfam ASAP. If my mum wore anything like that I'd die of embarrassment and I'm in my 40's don't do it to your dc

Bunbaker · 23/08/2010 07:48

£98 for a cardiganShock
Not b**y likely!

And it is horrible - sorry, but you did ask.

AT1137 · 23/08/2010 08:27
