Man's leather messenger bag

DH wants a new bag for his birthday and I am drawing a blank. He definitely wants a leather one, messenger style, has to hold a laptop (currently a MacBook but should probably be able to hold something larger in case he changes it in the future). He doesn't need too much extra in the way of compartments.

I think black or grey. Not very polished or very distressed, but something in between if possible - has to be semi-formal at work. Good shoulder strap essential for commute. Budget £100-£200.

Ideally could be bought online with returns or from a major department store. He won't consider anything that's described as a 'man-bag' .
