got email yesterday

"We're researching two fun concepts for next Spring 2011 and we want to know what our best customers think of them before we develop them further. May we please pick your brains? It really won't take long. "

has anyone else? Has Johnnie figured out who I am?

P'raps he's been watching recent threads on here re: Boden....

Shall we give him our opinions ladies? Grin

I got that yesterday and it was rubbish.

I just moaned about getting too many catalogues and then the survey ended after 2 (pointless and stupid) questions.

sorky · 17/08/2010 11:11

Must just be me then Grin

He's obviously heard fab things about me...that I'm having my colours done etc etc

He only wants to know whether you do anything zany and unusual with your old catalogues, and what you'd ask him if he were an agony uncle.

Because asking the customers what they think of the clothes would just be crazy talk...

moragbellingham · 17/08/2010 11:46

Oh Gawd, what are the "fun concepts" are they to go with the "fun skirts"?

I have checked my emails and nothing waiting for me - but then I do buy most of my stuff in the saleGrin and that is probably why.

I would turn my catalogues into a public reading library as I have enough to start one!

sorky · 17/08/2010 12:28

see I didn't click on the link because I was to busy wondering how I could improve the S/S collection Grin

how dull, he I was thinking he'd come to his senses and embraced MN style

I bet it is something like giant prints of licorice allsorts or jelly babies.

Johnny, please sort your material out. Some of it is pretty nasty - viscose etc.

The long johns set for little boys fit perfectly if your boy has a 10 inch waist and fourteen foot long arms...

Follyfoot · 17/08/2010 12:37

Rally stupid questions werent they. Especially the agony uncle. My question was 'so Uncle Johnnie, are super thin models in catalogues a good idea.....?'

Follyfoot · 17/08/2010 12:39

Haha that should have been 'Really' but on second thoughts, maybe thats how he talks Grin

purplepeony · 17/08/2010 12:40

I did this thread yesterday.

Crap bags, I have spent £400 in Boden in the last few weeks and I am not a Chosen One. Mind it was in the sale so I must be in the "riff raff" pile GrinBlush
