If you were going to a wedding in September...

Which website would you go to first to get inspiration for outfit ideas and/or buy the outfit?

Also, does anyone know of any websites that put outfits together and display them on a mannequin/model that would be suitable for a wedding? So many websites (Phase Eight and the like) have lovely things, matching accessories etc, but they dont display them together, or even on a mannequin, so you dont really know how that bolero will look over that dress.

Okay so the idea is that you try them on in store or whatever too but you know what I mean - so if you know of any - I'd be very grateful to hear about them.

So yes - what is your first stop for a wedding outfit? Thanks in advance.

I'd go to debenhams and try stuff on

here for inspiration and then you can try and find similar pieces on the high street.

Thanks Choogirl - have had a little browse around there, do love the shoes.

I find Debenhams is all so prom dressy though...I like Coast, but it is very high risk for someone coming out in the exact same outfit! Its true though in that you do have to go and try stuff on to do a complete search, definitely.

I AM going to a wedding in Sept! Am wearing Boden dress with Phase 8 shoes and cardi. All in sale!
But i have to say I rarely shop for specific occasions, and prefer to buy as and when. Hence the half price bargains!
