Can anyone recommend a good home teeth whitening kit? Or are they all supposed to be pants

I've heard that the Crest whitestrips from America are really good. Lots of good reviews on net. You can get them on ebay. They come in different strengths - one type is seriously strong and you wouldn't be able to get it over the counter in the UK.
