What is the point of them? Does anyone have a solution to prevent them coming back after squeezing. My skin is much better in hotter weather than this or in winter.

flannel method

feedmenow · 16/08/2010 21:13

Is the flannel method just scrubbing with a flannel?

And what is the oil cleansing method?

How long does the ocm need before it takes effect Mrs B?
I tried it for 2 weeks but saw no difference - would love to hear it works.

Microdermabrasion.
Mine have all gone.

flannel method is indeed taking cleanser off with a flannel. made a massive difference to my skin,. also Boots Time Delay microdermabrasion (but DIY not salon)

I do a combination of oil cleansing and flannel method but sometimes I still have a lot of blackheads.

I've started using the Olay Regenerist range recently and the cleanser is a 2 sided cloth that lathers up, one side is rough for exfoliation and blackheads and the other is smoother so more gentle. I'm really chuffed with the way my skin looks, even the pores on my nose look much much better and they are usually awful ...
