Where can I find jeans that fit round the bum and thighs and don't go saggy arsed after wearing them for half an hour ??

It is driving me nuts. I buy them and they seem to fit so well, but within half an hour I have to go find a belt, as they are falling down around the bum and the front though bit also goes baggy.

I just want a couple of nice pairs of jeans that stay looking nice. Is that too much to ask ?

I usually loathe clotehs from next, but their skinny jeans fit very well, and have a good amount of stretch in and do not go baggy. Give them a try - they are brilliant fror £20.

I am raving about Uniqlo- have just bought another pair at £14.99 and a pair of skinny tapered for £29.99- don't ask me why they are so different ££s.

You can buy online but you might have a problem finding the right size- I bought a 28 and 29 inc waist and I am a size 10 but going ona 12 round the waist :(

gap straight are good, buy them in the smallest size you can cram yourself into and then after the first time you wear them they fit brilliantly with no sagging etc

i like next too, but buy a smaller size

MrsMorgan · 16/08/2010 18:05

I have no ass, that is the problem lol.

I am currently wearing size 10 Miss Selfridge jeans. They fit around the front as I have a bit of a belly, but are falling down around my arse and baggy around my thighs.

Trouble is, an 8 is sometimes too small. I have one boyfriend type pair in an 8 and they fit ok, but I want some smarter ones.

I do have a pair of Next ones which are a 10, but they are huge, I wear them for gardening now lol.

Will try an 8 in Next first i think, and then can try Gap and Uniqlo if they are not good.

To make matters worse, I am only 5'2 so always have a problem with the length aswell.

Not Your Daughter's Jeans - fantastic although a bit pricey - designed for real women and wash really well - got 2 pairs and don't wear anything else

Oasis Scarlet jeans are great for this....

What about topshop - they have a range of different waist/inside leg measurements. I just bought the animal print ones (which dh says are really chavvy but I don't care cos I love them!)and they fit like a dream. So comfy as well.
