I don't think 35 is too old for anything!

The problem isn't that you're too old for them - the problem is that you likely wore them the first time round

I had 5 pairs of DM's while at uni (am 38) and even though I love them still it would be really obvious that I wore them 20 years ago - even though my dress sense hasn't changed that much

Not too old at all - go for it. You are not past it at 35, wear what you want, when you want to. Life is way too short - enjoy them :)

Lauriefairycake that is exactly it. I used to love my DMs (from my Bros days ). I was so excited when they come back into fashion.
