I ordered one of these last week and it's great. You give them £30, tell what size you are and they send you 5 things from their sale.

I got a cream 3/4 sleeve top, turquoise tshirt, green and blue smock, brown knitted shrug and grey jacket that will go with either jeans or black trousers for work.

I'm a 14/16 with boobage and went for a 16 and I'm glad I did. The tops are fairly snug, but will be good for layering.

Are the items you received in your goody bag on the website? There doesn't seem to be items that you described that I can see.

The reason I ask is there's nothing in particular I like on the website but £30 for 4-5 items is a really good offer so I'm thinking of ordering one.

Thanks, netbook, I managed to get one last night, might have to come back to this thread and let you know what I got!!

mustrun · 14/08/2010 17:18

You'd really spend £30 on things you havnt even seen/dont know if you'd like? Hmm Blimey. I'd think very hard before spending that much on anything, let alone on oddments that were left over. They could well be lovely, but what if you dont like the colour or the fit?

TrillianAstra · 01/09/2010 08:49

Just ordered one today - it was in the MoneySavingExpert email. Theirread on it is here.

AFAIK you can send the whole lot back if you don't like it mustrun. Or keep the things you like and ebay the things you're not so keen on.

TrillianAstra · 01/09/2010 16:33

Is no-one else interested in the strangeness of buying a lucky dip of clothes?

ForzaDelDestino · 01/09/2010 16:37

bizarro, Trills

I've often been tempted by goody bags but think it's just too much of a gamble. Some of their clothes are lovely but others are just unwearable. I suspect the majority of their customers are middle aged and middle class but they are aiming more at long legged 18 year olds with loads of dosh - not many of them around!!

TrillianAstra · 01/09/2010 22:40

They're the ones that Emma Watson likes right? (Hermione from HArry Potter) She is long-legged and has loads of dosh, and is closer to 18 than I am.
