Bras for the Buxom- where do you get yours?

Now I know I'm larger than your average mama, but trying to buy a bra is getting ridiculous. I'm a 38GG and have to buy from Bravissimo, which is wonderful and has nice stuff but is so ruddy expensive. Does anyone know of any other (preferably cheaper) places to get bras for the busty??!!

WWB and ssd- my two large problems seem smaller suddenly as for a K?????????OMG perhaps I should just stick to one child!

You could look here to widen your search. They are one of the few websites which ships from the US to UK. However their English bras e.g. Fantasie, work out more expensive than walking to John Lewis, I think.

I've not used them; just found them yesterday whilst surfing for clothing retailers.

What I would really like is to find a manufacturer who realises that larger boobed women don't always want to feel as if their bras are made of concrete and reinforced with cast iron. I would really like to see pretty bras and sexy (and dare I say raunchy?) underwear available in all sizes, but the manufacturers seem to think that once our bust goes over a certain size we are no longer capable of looking or feeling sexy.

Unfortunately it's the only thing that some of us can squeeze into - even in the catalogues that are meant to cater for larger women, all you can get is Doreen.

I'd love to say I'm 6 foot tall and a skinny size 8 with H cup boobs, but I'm a shortarsed size 14 who looks like a tellytubby.

I'm an unenviable 36H - a small back with enormous bazookas. Definitely not a size 8 cod - more like size 18/20.

I had to search for bras for my sister at the weekend who is a...... 32AAA!!!
