Need shoes for me new dress - ideas please!

Help! I need some shoes to go with this for a black tie party.
I have to wear tights to cover my hideously white and blotchy legs, so they can't be open toe shoes as that will look naff.
Need a heel to slim aforementioned legs but ideally something that I can walk in.

Love the LK Bennett ones! You are good at this! Sadly they are probably a bit expensive but then I might treat myself anyway!

I do love the dress - so pretty and actually quite flattering. The only problem is the front is really low and I'm a bit flat chested so it doesn't look great. Either my bra is showing or there's an expanse of fairly flat chest!
