where ever her hair falls...I would prefer centre(ish)
dd is only 7 months but already we can see that she has a big whorl in the back and another one on her forhead. so no fringe for her as well...

traceybath · 11/08/2010 17:52

side definitely

MrsBadger · 11/08/2010 17:55

it's past her shoulders

if you have a side parting how do you effectively / neatly do bunches/plaits without one ending up bigger than the other?

back of hair you keep fairly centre parted but top bit side parted if that makes sense.

Friends little girl has this and it looks very cute.

Middle at that age. I am actually really pleased she has avoided the fringe I am not a fan of heavy fringes that a lot of young ladies sport (must be a pain to keep it trimmed and a nightmare to grow out when child realises they have a bowl haircut!)

Side: I had a cebtre perting when I was wee, and It Would Not Change when I grew up and it was v unfashionable, was bane of my life!My dd has side parting and I do bunches and stuff OK,tho not neatly parted at back.

makeupmummy · 11/08/2010 18:02

oops, that would be centre

FreddoBaggyMac · 11/08/2010 18:07

Side definitely. I HATE that tight bunched hair with a dead straight centre parting look! But that's just me Smile
I would say if you want her to be a bit Bohemian go for the side, slightly messed up look. If you'd prefer her to be more straight laced go for the centre Grin

MrsBadger · 11/08/2010 19:54

hmm see we currently have this look
her hair, like mine, is fine and thin with just enough wave so it;ll always look a mess loose and never do a Petit Filou bob

london, I promised no daughter of mine would ever have a fringr after the yesrs I dspent growing mine out

Agree with traceybath. side part way cuter in bunches/plaits etc.

larakitten · 12/08/2010 16:05

My DD is three and will NOT be getting a fringe cut in at all.....I hate the way they get thicker and thicker whilst moving backwards up the head!

She has a scruffy side parting, we use cute little clips to keep it out of her eyes.

Nice the way it is, so centre.
