Im bloody furious. I sent back three items from the preview and three items from the sale all in one parcel. I wrote a clear note asking for an exchange which would have given me a credit for £10 roughly. I knew they wouldnt get it right, they have bloody done this to me before.
They have creditted my card with the money from one order (the preview), which will take three days to clear and with the sale return which is £60 they have tried to pay for my new order of £150 which is an EXCHANGE order. Dont they know what an exchange is??? So now Ive had some woman patronisingly ringing me saying that my Switch card has bounced. Its so humiliating.
If you go to a shop for an exchange thats exactly what they do over the counter why cant Boden get it right?
