what the best khol eyeliner that doesn't smudge and stays put?

been using number 7, but i find it foesn't stay put that well.

what should i try?

it's not technically kohl but the urban decay 24/7 pencils are the business - loads of gorgeous colours, smudgeable until they set, then once they're set they won't budge.

MAC kohls are nice if you want 'proper' kohl but they don't last so well (no kohl will)

I love the lancome kohl pencil one for my lower lids and i use rimmel exaggerate liquid eye liner for upper lid i know its not a pencil but it is so easy to apply and you can do a super thin line for day and thicken it up easily for evening.

I use Onyx Double Wear by Estee Lauder. It does smudge - I find that I want a bit of smudging anway so it looks smoky and not so Alexis Colby esque. Very good and lasts for ages.

Benefit do a waterproof one, I had it on when body boarding last week, and whilst not all of it stayed on, most did!!!

I don't use it but give my DD a free Lancome one that comes with Hypnose mascara when they have offers onand she says it is the best she has used- she's only 21 mind you- but says it stays on and is very soft to apply.
