I am giving up on summer and now thinking about clothes for Autumn as weather has been lousy here for weeks! Just bought some long black boots and wondered if anyone has reccomendations for good quality thick black leggings. Also, which shops sell longish leggings? Thanks.

Topshop do some heavy weight leggings here.

Marks and Spencers do some extra long ones as well.

These look thick and obviously are longer length

Hope that helps!

Personally I buy cheap leggings and then bin them frequently as the dog has an annoying habit of threading his fur into them and putting his claws through them.

American Apparel do the best leggings IMO. You can buy online.

M&S leggings last for ever.

Don't buy from Next - they are nice and thick, but the regular length is far too short on me and I'm 5'5.

Red Herring at Debenhams do great ones, even New Look's arent bad.

Another vote for American Apparel. They even do v v thick winter leggings.
