Going out in 90 minutes to a Hollywood glam, dress to impress opening.. what do I wear?

I realise I might have left it a bit late. also left my silver shrug at my mums whihc takes several dresses out of the equation

would chiffon black and white bird print dress over white linen trousers with good shoes be glam?

I suspect not is the answer.

legs aren't that great , need to wear tights. black ones really

i have lots of dresses, but they need my silver shrug which is currently 50 miles away

can i do dress, leggings & patent russell&bromley v v nice wedges? and big jewellery?

do have some sheer tights somewhere i think

i know , i know ! but it is kind of a retro place too...

legs are absolutely fine... in black tights, minimum 40 denier.

i am such a disorganised fool ! if i'd remembered by shrug i'd be wearing my bargain-tastic cynthia rowley dress with pride.
