OK, so shops I like are:
Hobbs, Great Plains, Laura Ashley, Coast, LK Bennett (but can't afford it!) Monsoon sometimes. . .
So, are there any other similar shops which you can recommend - they will need to be online as I live in the arse end of the world middle of nowhere!
Thank you!

Kew, Jigsaw, Boden, White Stuff, White Company, Uniqlo, Phase 8....

sparklingchampagne · 01/08/2010 15:34

Thanks Purple, I haven't tried Kew or the White Company before, so will have a good look, and another look at Jigsaw as well, although sometimes I find that their clothes aren't colourful enough!!

Inis website is good if you like colourful clothes

purplepeony · 01/08/2010 17:55

Inis is good BUT they simply stock clothes that you can find in the actual shops-including large dept stores like J Lewis- it isn't a brand of its own.

bodeniiiiites · 01/08/2010 18:05

i think its becasue im going to one of their actual shops this week im a bit excited Purplepeony

The first thing that came to mind when you said colourful was Oilily. The kids' clothes are sweet too.

walkingboots · 01/08/2010 19:23

And another one (also with kids' clothes): Noa Noa

orienteerer · 01/08/2010 19:28

Mistral

orienteerer · 01/08/2010 19:29

Seasalt

Bellebelle · 01/08/2010 19:32

Bohemia Design are good, online and stocks a number of labels including Noa Noa. Some are really expensive (Odd Molly) but Villa Clothing is really reasonable.
Sorry can't link on phone but typing Bohemia Design into google should bring it up. Or type something like Noa Noa into google and it will bring up lots of online stores which sell lovely clothes. Don't think just now is best though as they are all in sale so dregs only left.
