I need a jacket ...

I want a jacket that is styled like a denim jacket, but not denim - cord, or cotton twill or something like that - if that makes sense. To wear now and into early autumn, until it gets cold enough to wear my winter coat.

Is this Topshop one too short? It's the closest I could find to a denim jacket without actually being a denim jacket.

Meant to add... Have you thought about a short leather jacket? It would be shower proof which is handy in Autumn but you shouldn't get too hot if you keep it short.

Ooh, I'd love that top shop one if it were a lot longer! The Dress for Less ones are nice, but a bit out of my price range. Hate leather jackets, completely irrationaly.
