getting hair restyled on sat - short style inspiration please!

i have shoulder length medium brown straight (with a kink) hair. I AM BORED!
i'm getting it restyled on saturday and need some inspiration. i'm keen on going short but not a close crop/ pixie type cut as i had that 10 years ago and felt it was a bit harsh.

can you suggest some celebs/ styles otherwise i'm worried i'll just dither when i get there.

Pic no. 3 is what I have at the moment (a little longer at the back though, and the fringe not quite so long) and it's great. Dead easy to maintain. It gets a little bit annoying that I can't put hair behind my ear, but you get over it, and use a hair band when running etc.

Hmm not sure I like any if them on me. Jaw length is no good coz of kink.

The 3rd pic is my favourite- is it frankie from the Saturdays? But fringe would bug me too much
