Just ordered via their website and I get a message telling me delivery will be between 7am and 7pm. I send them a snotty email saying that I assume most people will be having their deliveries sent to work addresses and don't tend to work those hours.
Listen to this......I then get another email from them apologising for the inconvenience, acknowledging that most people are working and saying they are considering extending their delivery hours from between 7am to 9pm. WTF is this all about.
(and I am having this delivered to a friend's work address so that she can take it out to Singapore for me)
