Diastasis Recti and Tupler Technique. Anyone ever had real results???

Hi all.

I had my little one when I was just 21 and had a really great body before pregnancy. I could eat what I wanted blah blah blah.

I am now 24 and still have this sagging tummy (and the boobs to match) despite working my way through every cheesy celeb workout dvd going so I did a little online detective work and discovered I have diastasis recti.

I don't want to offend any fellow sufferers but this really gets me down. To the point where I spend hours deciding what to wear every day to cover it and my sex life suffers too- it's always lights off and I don't often let my partner see me naked.

Apparently surgery isn't the only option and the Tupler technique is an alternative.

Anyone tried this with results?

You can probably tell I'm a newbie and have just changed my nickname to something less incriminating hahaha!

Yep, worked for me. Didn't have a massive separation, but all gone now (DD is 3y5m and DS is 10m). Found the excercises pretty easy to do, and you can really feel it working (if you do rounds of 100 at least)

I've got this too ... it's really gettting me down at the moment. Where can I find the exercises please? I'll do anything ... almost !
