I've said it before after the last debacle where they kept sending me the wrong item and it turned out their website had the wrong item number assigned to the item and then they couldn't tell me what the item number was and said I couldn't have it as they didn't know the number.
Well I ordered some school blouses for DD 3 weeks ago. No sign of the order. I've emailed them twice and had no reply. Have just rung them up and they said that they cancelled the order as they'd run out of stock. They never bothered telling me. However they now say they've got some in stock so have reorderd, however "stock is so low so we can't guarantee that you will receive the items".
I won't hold my breath. Surely if its out of stock you shouldn't be able to order it and even if there is a one off mistake then they should at least let you know and reply to your emails.
