Has anyone tried any of these?

You know the "We can make your skin/hair/nails fabulous and all you have to do is swallow a pill".

Do any of them work?

Oh c'mon, you bunch of silky-skinned pill-poppers.

I used to take Perfectil but really didn't notice any difference at all so didn't buy another box when I finished the first.

The only supplement that I heartily recommend is high dose liquid iron. After taking it for about five days or so in a row (Often forget to take it every day) my eyes look brighter and I lose a few lbs. Not a beauty benefit but I feel much more energetic too.

I should add that one of the first signs of iron deficiency is hair loss so making sure you're getting the right amounts should have a positive effect on your hair.

I've been taking Imedeen for years. My face is holding up well for it's age so it may well have played a part. I stopped taking it for about 2 months and my face felt drier and took longer to spring back in mornings. I also take an omeaga 3 capsule.
