Interview outfit needed - help!

Hi,

I have a job interview coming up and I really need something smart to wear.

It's for a pretty senior position so I think I need to look really smart, but I'd prefer to avoid a suit if possible. The weather is too hot for one thing, and if I don't get the job I'd probably never wear it again.

I was thinking about a smart shift dress with maybe some chunky jewellry. Do you think this would be appropriate for an interview or should I play safe and go for a suit after all? Saw some nice (i.e. plain and boring) smart dresses in Hobbs but they were a bit £££, so any other recommendations would be useful.

I'm size 14 but very busty (and still BFing my baby so even more so than usual).

Any help appreciated!

what type of company is the interview with

Quite traditional, but it's a marketing role so I guess room to be a little 'creative'.

-tomorrow go and hang around the company at 8.30am or lunchtime, or 6pm
-watch carefully what they wear
-dress like them
-like the smarter ones though, not the scruffy ones

you want to look like you will fit right in
