praise for boden

I just thought I would tell you all about my experience today with Boden's customer service.
I ordered some stuff from the preview last night (with 20%off, free returns/delivery) and then it wasn't on the bill.
I rang them this morning and the very nice kind lady corrected my bill to include this offer.
no hassle, no problem.
Whatever you think of the clothes, i was impressed with the service!

when does the preview stuff come out of the account?

Shame the website had not worked as it should in the first place though...it cost you a phonecall..

i think it comes out in august when they dispatch it. not too sure though, must confess.
i know what you mean about the phonecall, but i was the one who clicked 'ok pay' without properly checking - cautionary tale there too i feel

It does it on purpose, it never takes the 20 percent off for reviews. Ive never known it to.
