Please recommend a body lotion for my mum!

Hoping you can help as I'm flummoxed!!

My mum is almost 70 and has just had two ops for brain aneurysm's so is quite poorly still although at home. She's always had really good skin, and is quite upset about how dry her skin has got and that it now looks "old"! On top of this she is incredibly sensitve to fragrances.........

Any suggestions for a lovely body cream?? Doesn't have to be a cheapie, although not shockingly expensive either !

Burt's Bees products are excellent and not too pricey.

Tisserand - also fab, a bit more pricey. Try them on amazon, they often do discounts.

you could try:
Palmers cocoa oil (smells delicious)
L'occitane stuff (all delicious but a bit more expensive, shea butter very nice)

Stuff they use for eczema such as:
epaderm (comes in a big tub from chemist, a bit like goose grease but works well)
Doublebase (a lot lighter, but a bit more expensive)
Aveeno (based on oatmeal)

Seconding Aveeno - my mum has extremely sensitive skin and that's one of the few products she can use without coming out in a terrible rash.

Aveeno is super.

Also if she can tolerate the smell, I buy my mum the Clarins lotion. She loves it, and so do the carer who come in to bathe her.

Liz Earle's superskin body cream is meant for older/dry skin. It's lovely to apply as it's not too thick and absorbs really quickly.

I second aveeno.I have really allergic skin and eczema and this is now the only one i use.There is now a lavender scented one which is very light and a richer 'more oaty' one for very dry skin.
