Please help me accessorise this dress...

I have just bought and worn this dress to one wedding already, along with red wedges, a chunky pearl bracelet and a cream clutch.

I have two more weddings which I would like to wear the dress to - can anyone suggest some ways to dress it differently?

(Side note: I am 24 weeks pg and so very high heels are out!)
