I saw someone wearing a paler version of this dress with leggings and with a big belt around her hips and I WANT one too.
Have been all round my local shopping centre with no luck.
Most things are too short. As I want to wear it with a belt over leggings it has to be longer.

I looked at this Phase Eight dress today and it is lovely. The embellishment at the neck is all self covered buttons and bits and bobs.
However I am looking for a cheapy version- plain even.
I have looked in New Look, Topshop, River Island, Wallis and French Connection.
