October wedding, need a dress to wear that will go with my hat.

i have a fab hat, simillar to this but less fussy and i need a frock to go with it for dh's friends wedding in october, register office then fancy restaurant do. the hat is burgandy with a black trim and ribbon, so i was thinking of a burgandy wrap dress. i am a size 8, large bust, small hips, 5'1" and pale olive skin and dark red hair.

As it's October, will you have a coat on, and then take both the hat and coat off for the lunch/dinner, do you think? Wondering if we need to find a coat to go with the hat, and then a fab dress to reveal, once they are removed.

Not sure if green this would be too boob-y, but has lots of detail at neck, which will be essential once you are sitting down.

Is hard to do coats yet, as nowhere seems to have them, but this would look fabby with teh hat.
