My vape is a hot, crackling, sticky, leaking mess

Please help

I'm 50/50 smoking and vaping. I've had so many vapes and set ups but never really got into it properly. I've had cheap ones and expensive ones. I usually just mess around with the settings until it feels "right".

Right now I have a cool fire TC100 battery and an aspire tank. I had a different glass tank on for months and the set up was great. The glass smashed though and they wouldn't sell me another tank because of the new regulations. So they sold me the aspire instead.

Vaping it is like my throat is on fire. The man in the shop said the wattage needed to be at 60 but it's so harsh on my throat. He said because my juice is 12mg it's too high for that coil and I need a different coil?

Can anybody help with the settings at all?

He's sold you a sub-ohm kit most likely. Go back, ask for a mouth to lung kit.
I sub ohm and use less than 3mg liquid.
But I use 12mg in my normal tank.

What tank did you get?

Nautilus 2 is a good tank for mouth to lung :)

Just turn the wattage down?

60w is high. I have the coolfire 4 plus, and I rarely go above 40w.
