Anti smoking advert - every cigarette rots you from the inside out

Has anyone seen this advert? I feel like I want to be sick every time I see it. I'm really hoping it will help me to finally quit. I haven't smoked all week after seeing it.

I've just googled it, it's disgusting Confused amazing how something as quick as a 30 second ad can have a positive impact - well done

Hi BroomHandled, I know. I was really shocked when I saw it. I think it may have been before the watershed. It's like something out of a horror film!
