Am more addicted to nicotine vaping than I was smoking

Is this even a problem?

I was a chainsmoker before I got pregnant. I smoked about 2 a day while pregnant until I finally managed to stop at 22 weeks. A month after the baby was born my granny died and I went home to my chainsmoking family and was back on the fags- not heavily but maybe 5 every two days. It was more the habit than the addiction.

I felt myself sliding though, tried and failed with Allen Carr and now I'm on an e cig. I really like it, have only smoked twice since I got it. I use 18mg and find weaker stuff unsatisfying but have noticed that I reach for it within 5 mins of waking up :( I had gotten to the point where I could not smoke for days but this 5 minute thing is like when I chainsmoked.

So, my question is:

  1. Is this even a problem?
  2. my kit is quite basic but I like it, its Gamucci vitesse. Would a better kit give me the throat hit I like on lower nicotine?

TIA vipers!

You will vape more than you smoked as you don't get as much nicotine from a 'puff' on your vape as you do from a fag.

You may very well do better with a better kit that gives you more of a 'hit'.

Many of us on here use the Aspire mini nautilus with the Eleaf Istick battery.

And don't forget that vaping is far, far less harmful than smoking.
