I did manage to quit smoking for a year but put on a stone.

Did anyone gain weight when the quit cigarettes for vaping?

Also I have tried vaping and I swear it made my teeth yellow. My husband said I was imagining it.......

What's your experiences

Thanks

No. It will be three years of vaping for me in October & I have now dropped a size.

Didn't want to eat any more & can (& do) now exercise so much harder that I have toned up!

And it hasn't made my teeth yellow, but I wonder if that depends on which juice you use? Mine is a clear juice (tobacco flavour).

That's interesting. I will buy a clear one.

Which one do you use?

In general people put weight on when they quit smoking because they eat more, mostly snacking/sweets to replace the habit aspect of smoking. People tend to be less likely to put weight on when vaping because the hand to mouth action means they don't nibble.

I didn't put any weight on, and I think I may have lost a little. If anything my teeth are a better colour - tobacco is renowned for staining teeth, skin etc. Many liquids out there are clear - I think I have only one that's a really dark colour (caramel latte) and all the fruit flavours tend to be pale or even clear.
