An d where from, I thought an ego c twist but my brain is struggling and I cant even find it online. I would like pretty and cheap as possible, I also need fairly quick delivery. Going to have a look on my epack but have to keep closing the tab down when the kids wlak in which isnt helping the search.

Myepack has the Spinner v2 (1650mah!) at £20 in a seriously large range of colours (red, blue, purple, orange, gold etc). I've read a couple of reviews & people seem to like them. For serious bling they have the Rainbow spinner 1300 at the same price..

They don't seem to have the Ego c-twist listed (I have one of them, nice kit similar to the Spinner), but they are listing the EVOD twist 1600 at £18 though that only seems to come in black or stainless steel. Another pretty one they are doing is the Aspire CF 1600 vv which has pretty carbon fibre coating at £20.

Damn you dita - I want new shineys now! Grin

I have had a good wiggle with the spinner and it may be ok, I do need a spare battery though becasue the panic I was feeling at being without it was a bit ridiculous. I dont think I have actaully had this rainbow spinner that long, the last one lasted a year so hoping it hasnt died. I have been managing with one and just charge it over night a couple of times a week. I wondered about just getting an evod starter kit with 2 batteries etc but I wnt more variety of colours.

Only one battery??? Shock

I panic if I only have one fully charged spare as well as the one I'm using Blush

EveDallasRetd · 13/09/2014 20:03

I've only just started vaping but use the FreshCig eVolve and I'm pretty impressed so far. V cheap, good battery life, next day delivery and good customer service.

Just get an MVP, mines seems indestructable (have dropped it a ton of times) and the charge lasts ages.

ditavonteesed · 13/09/2014 20:42

looking at he MVP but I cant really understand what they are, are they just batteries. They look cool although maybe a little too £££.

SchroSawMargeryDaw · 13/09/2014 20:46

They are just a battery but you can also charge phone/laptop etc from it. The charge lasts me about 3 days and they are variable voltage, wattage, tell you how many puffs you've taken, how much batter is left etc.

They're a bit more £ but I've had mines for months now and I reckon I would have bought at least one or two extra cheaper batteries if I didn't have it.

I have the MVP shine and it's really pretty! You also get a warranty and a tank and charger and stuff included in the price so it works out fairly well.

ditavonteesed · 13/09/2014 20:47

does it work withthe evod tanks as well? I do like my evod tanks.

SchroSawMargeryDaw · 13/09/2014 20:48

Yes and if you buy the shine version you get an Iclear 16b with it which is like a big Evod tank and performs much better.

Dammit I think this thread has affected one of my batteries! My pretty dark red Ego c-twist has suddenly decided it's going to get very sulky about exactly how firmly a charger or clearo is screwed in. Decides whether it wants to charge or not, and will only respond to one of my chargers even though other batteries are happy with the other. Then we get to clearos - if it isn't screwed on EXACTLY the right amount it won't work & keeps doing a triple flash - which is OK to cope with but then it changes it's mind about it and I have to fiddle around again to get the exact right tightness. Does this with all clearos, and all the clearos are fine on other batteries.

Ah well, I DID buy it back in January!

Shonajay · 17/09/2014 11:24

I've got two of the spinner 2's, am loving them. fab battery life too. I got mine on amazon (check reviews for fakes and there's a hologram you scrape off and check when you get it). I've got a spare spinner in case too!

Allergictoironing · 17/09/2014 12:42

Well just ordered a spinner 2 from myepack in bronze to replace the sadly missed red Ego c-twist. Still got my rainbow spinner 1300mAh & a smartcigs 900mAh, so will survive OK until that arrives than goodness.

What colour(s) did you go for Shona?

PlentyOfPubeGardens · 17/09/2014 20:40

Allergic, I'm sure you've already thought of this but have you tried the pulling-up-the-pin thing on your failing battery?

Allergictoironing · 17/09/2014 22:09

Yeah no joy, it wasn't holding much of a charge either. Sometimes it only works of the clearo is on very loosely, at other times it needs to be tight, basically I think it's just on it's way out. So it's been relegated to "emergencies only" at the back of the vaping drawer Sad.

But from a good point of view, the bronze spinner 2 was ordered at 3:15pm on Tuesday (so 15 mins after the latest possible time for sending off that day), used the cheapo post method, and it was lying on my doormat when I got in this afternoon! It had nearly a full charge in it too, so happily using it now Grin.

ilovesooty · 21/09/2014 10:31

I love my MVP 2.
It's well worth the money.
Definitely thinking of a spinner 2 to supplement the spinner I already have.

Tipsykisses · 21/09/2014 10:39

Right I'm convinced Grin, I'm ordering an MVP !!

I normally use an evod tank , I'm not confident with putting things together as my hands shake ( illness) so what tank is best suited for MVP ?

Great as I ordered a few new tanks from alchemist that were on offer .

Loving the alchemists juices , the best I've tried so far !

ilovesooty · 21/09/2014 17:50

I use an iclear16 on my MVP 2. On everything else currently come to that. Spinner 2 in blue and hot pink on order.

Allergictoironing · 23/09/2014 22:35

Mildly disappointed with my new Spinner 2 Sad. It's a gorgeous looking piece of kit and clearly beautifully made, and lasts me nearly a couple of days between charges.

BUT - the dial at the base really doesn't suit me. I do understand why they've made it 4 firm "clicks" rather than free movement, so it doesn't change voltage by being knocked or moved just by being put in a pocket etc, but I find the gap between the settings too large for my taste and am missing the more subtle variations in voltage I get from the v1.

Plus though in theory the minimum voltage is the same on the version 1 spinner, at minimum setting I occasionally get a bit of a burnt taste on the Spinner 2 at but if I swap the same clearo onto the v1 spinner that goes away Confused.

Fabulassie · 01/10/2014 21:05

I burned through spinners really quick - lost them or they died on me - and now I am utterly devoted to my itazte MVP. The battery lasts for days, it doesn't roll off surfaces, and it's got both variable voltage and ampage. Also, it's a passthrough so you can vape while it's charging AND you can charge your mobile off it.

I have two of them and I loves them very very much.
