Hi all, we were having a browse today and thought it might be good to reply to some of your questions, so here goes ;)
PlentyOfPubeGardens : It's a shame they don't have any speakers or workshops (coil building, juice mixing, mod making ...) or even a band or two. I would happily pay to attend an event like that.
VF: Coiling workshops and juice mixing? Poke someone and say "Teach me!" Everyone is really friendly :) Mod making? Well, Garry Dibley will be there, have a chat with him, he's a wealth of knowledge if you can catch him during a quiet period. Vapefest has always been free to attend, and so long as it goes on, it will continue to be so.
FurryDogMother : Lots of freebies if you get there early
VF: Freebies throughout the day this year, nothing on the gate so no need to set up camp at 6am.
Scarletohello: So no bands or acts or even a silent disco..?
VF: Would have loved to but the amount of extra work required would have been crazy, and we did get offers of free bands and even a micro brewery too. Shame but it's all voluntary and there's only so much time the committee can spend on it all.
The happenings of the day haven't been fully announced yet, but there are some really interesting ideas coming in from vendors and contributors about what they are planning for the day. Over the next two months there'll be more put up on the site as it comes in.
Please remember if any of you are intending to camp on site you will need to print the camping document and bring it with you :)
