Hi to all my friends at Mumsnet.

I am sorry I havent been chatting for a while, but I have been signed off work for 4 weeks and so havent had the constant access to a computer.

What has been going on with this site since Ive been gone? There seems to be certain people that are making bitchy comments and generally ruining every thread going.

What has happened to all the lovely, friendly, kind, jokey chats that used to take place?

Squirrel, Looptheloop, Tarantula, Nellie etc. If you are all still on here then please lets try and get this site "friendly" again.

Love to you all xxx

I feel really old now, everybody is having babies lately and I'm feeling broody but I'm a Granny now so I supose I shouldn't have another one lol.

ninah · 30/06/2005 13:42

I know you're a granny, but you're not an OLD granny, are you? I am 38 so no chicken in fact if I'd got round to it sooner I could well be a granny too

Squirrel3 · 30/06/2005 13:44

Blimey your only a year younger than me!!!!!!!

I was very young when I started my family.

Squirrel3 · 30/06/2005 13:47
ninah · 30/06/2005 13:48

Fancy joining me for months of discomfort, followed by childbirth, followed by a year or so of sleepless nights?!

tarantula · 30/06/2005 13:49

Squirrel3 · 30/06/2005 13:53

Hello tarantula, how are you?

Here you go, open it would you, (all that dancing around has worn this old granny out!

ninah · 30/06/2005 13:58

NOT an old granny
In fact you are a juvenile granny, OK?
If you are an old granny that makes me a positively Egyptian mummy, .. and i'm not .. so

Squirrel3 · 30/06/2005 14:43

yep must admit the lack of cooking is a relief! knowing my luck will be late - say New Year's Eve

SadSam · 30/06/2005 15:21

Lol yeah bummer, then again if you are the first person to have the baby on New Years Day 2006 then you get loads of baby goodies for a year from different companies, nappies, food etc.
