Did anyone have a nice Christmas with their step children?

Because mine have just gone back to their mum's and we had a lovely time.

This forum can be a bit gloomy but I want to show that it doesn't have to be bad!

We had a fab time. The usual chaos of too much chocolate, over excitement etc, but yes, we had a very lovely Christmas.
Glad you did too Xmas Smile

We had a great time! One of my DSS said I’d smashed it out of the park with the presents, so I think we did ok 😁

Had a fantastic time. But this year their mum wanted to see them so they left at 430.

Fantastic time here.. They are all still here... We are tier two so they probs shouldn't go to their mother's in tier four.
All young adults now so it's up to them

I'm glad others had a good time too!

Amazing day. DSS (7) and DS (1) were so giddy and excited, just made for such a magical day. A day my DP never thought he'd get which made it all the more special (court order in place since Mar). Honestly couldn't ask for a more wonderful DSS.

A little bit different, but my former dsc came to stay at mine for a couple of days over Christmas and I really really enjoyed it. Dsc is 15 now and wonderful company, and enjoyed getting involved with the little ones too.

Yes but mine are adults. They came for Christmas with their very nice partners. It was a really good day 🙂

We did ☺️ playing games, with new presents, wearing crowns over the Christmas dinner, reading crappy cracker jokes Grin was fun!

DSS had his usual 'wine' allowance too (schleor). He's convinced it's wine, no matter what we say. This year he felt very sophisticated as he had both white and red 'wine'... In a wine glass at the dinner table with us Grin
