It's that time again..... Step kid weekend!

I'm just sitting, with wine in hand, waiting for them to descend.

I really wish I could say I look forward to these weekends but I dread them for various reasons

Thanks for all the reports on this thread.

Could we ask you to all to take a step back and stop posting personal attacks or posts that are not in the spirit of Mumsnet?
Mumsnet exists to make parent's lives easier and if there's one thing we could all do with, it's some understanding and moral support.

You'll notice there are a fair few holes in this thread due to posters breaking the talk guidelines or posters being concerned that what they have posted on MN may make it in to the hands of the tabloid press.

We would remind you all that this is a public forum which can be read by anyone on the internet.

Because we at MNHQ are actually nice people trying to make the world a better place, we have withdrawn posts where people were concerned about
