Just wondering, as most on here seem to be EOW or part time. Looking for some support cos I am a FT SM and find it a challenge, to put it lightly.

Me, have been for 5 years the step child is 12.
It's getting harder and harder and I hate it.
My husband needs constant reminding that life doesn't revolve around his child and that there are others here.
I constantly remind him that he is not "free" to do as he wants but as my own child is 18 I can, he gets in a right mood (husband) now he can't have his boys holidays etc as I will not babysit his kid!!
I would have done anything for them both 7 years ago but my DH has no rules or discipline and his kid has lied and lied to cause terrible trouble to split us up!!!
The kids mother is just as awful, she thinks she can get her kid picked up whenever she's had enough ( 6 hours seems to be enough once a week) and when my DH was away with work she was screaming down the phone when I said that I wouldn't pick him up as I had plans... apparently so did she!!!Tough her plans had to change, hell would freeze before I changed mine after all the heartache they have caused me :(
