Love the step kids but relieved they've gone!!

They have been with us for a week. They have been great, well behaved (mostly) and good fun but now my house is tidy and quiet and drama free and feels like mine again!

We are leaving tomorrow to go camping for a week with DSD and one of her friends. I am so glad I've taken a second week off work so I can recover. No matter how much I love her I know that feeling well!!

Yeah same here! We were on a holiday for the last week with my partners dd and we were glamping so were all in the same space constantly, I won't do it again! Definitely need some space to urself! So glad it's over!

Oh and wakeycakey, I'm sure u will be fine as dsd will have company with her, we didn't have that pleasure!
