SDS anger issues - concerned for other SDS/SDS and my DS

SDS (11) has real anger issues. If he doesn't get his own way he goes into a complete rage for hours. He's bullying/hitting his siblings and my DS. Sometimes there is no provocation and he just flips into a rage and attacks one of the kids. I'm very concerned for the safety of the other children. Its like living with a split personality child. He's been having counselling through the school for a year but its not made any difference and if anything its getting worse and I fear its not yet reached its peak. We regularly meet with the school and have requested different counselling/anger management counselling.

Has anyone got any experience of this and how to deal with it - its more than normal preteen behaviour.

Its got to the stage where I don't want to take my DS and put him in such a volatile household, but I love my partner and the other siblings are lovely.

This doesn't really state how bad the situations can get :(

Has he be seen by CAMHs or Ed Pych?

Sadly this can end up with the sibling being put into care for everyone's sake - worse case scenario. MAke sure you document everything. Sad as it is the other children and your ds need to be safe.

Rainbow, we've been requesting camhs involvement for a while and we've a meeting soon. Have you any information on what is likely to happen?
