Just found out his ex has used my signature as garuntor(sp), i now have about £2000 in debt to sort through trying to prove it wasnt me who signed. I have had enough of this, she used my MIL for the same sort of thing unfortunatly my MIL did sign just didnt know what for.

Were not even seeing DSD at the moment taking her through court again!

are shes a piss taking b*h, we rang the police last time they cant do anything until you have proved you havent signed until that point its a civil despute.

I know its extream, its been worse

No idea last time it was a contract phone and we made them check all previous calls against my voice, that worked, i proved fraud she got a slap on the wrist [pissed off].
This time its on one of them pay day loan things, so ring police tomorrow ask what to do then do it i suppose.

I really want to start TTC and me and DP planned to when we had a deposit for a mortgage the thing thats killing me is if i cant prove i didnt sign, MY plans will go out the window for another 6months or so till we get that money together again. i shouldnt worry about that should i? DP is 23 his ex is 23. tis crazy cant believe all the shit shes put us (mainly me and MIL) through, forgery, abduction, borrowing threats to get money, threats that we wont see DSD if we do anything wrong which BTW DSD being in a routine at our house counts as wrong, she told MIL she had breast cancer to get money and sympathy (Im not a bitch this is defiantly NOT true), and then she moved away which we were ok with until she said we had to be closer if we wanted to see DSD now we have moved 200miles and we have to go through bloody court .

And if we believe all the lies shes told because some may be truths shes got my DSD in a house with an alcoholic, a paedophile and a teenage drug user.
